Today, as a business owner, he manages key aspects of customer relations and personally oversees every project—from the moment it arrives to the moment it’s returned—ensuring the highest standards of quality and care.
Brian brings years of expertise in reverse engineering, CNC programming, and high-precision OD grinding. In addition to his technical skills, he manages a wide range of business operations—including job quoting, part inspection, purchasing, accounts payable and receivable, and payroll—ensuring both the shop floor and office run with precision and efficiency.
